Payment:

Mushaindoro honors all credit card and debit card payments. Payment in full will be facilitated on-line at www.mushaindoro.com /reservations. Credit/debit card information should be that of at least one person who will be a guest in our residential suites and all names of guest staying including children are to be listed by name in the reservation booking. Applicable NJ state taxes are assessed on all reservation payments.

A 100% cash match deposit to the full reservation payment is required for any guests who can not pay by credit or debit card. The deposit is 100% refundable to client upon check out. Please call Mushaindoro at: 1-973-762-7272 to make payment arrangements.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00pm until 8:00 pm. Prior notice for early arrivals before 12 noon would be appreciated so that necessary arrangements for luggage storages will be considered for our guest’s early arrival. In the event that we are at full occupancy capacity access to residential suites for early arrivals will be granted for the check-in times stipulated. Late check-ins can only be accommodated when pre-arranged. Please let us know when you plan to arrive when you reserve your stay, or simply give us a call to confirm your approximate arrival time a day or so before your stay. Appropriate identification will be requested upon check-in

Check-out is all morning until 12:00 noon otherwise another full day fee will be assessed to our guest’s credit account. In the event that our guests are scheduled for a late departure, we still require you to be out of the rooms at the designated check-out time and we will make arrangements to hold your luggage in a safe area until your departure time.

Reservation Extensions:

In the event that you have to extend your stay with us, prior notice at least 48hrs in advance is expected, however extended stays will only be considered based on accommodation availability. A $25 handling fee is assessed in addition to the full reservation cost requested plus applicable NJ taxes

Reservation Alterations

In the event that circumstance arise where you have to change your reservation to less days than you had originally intended to stay, and you notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival, 75% refund of the days you can not stay with us will be refunded to your credit card. However any reservations changes to less days than originally booked after the 14 days prior noticed or once on site, will not be honored and guest will be responsible for the full cost of their reservation if the change notice is not given prior to 14 days of the start of the scheduled stay.

Cancellation Policy

As our guest, if you experience unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel or postpone your visit with us, notification at least 14 days prior to your initial reserved date of arrival will be appreciated. We will gladly refund your payment in full minus a $50 handling fee. If you need to cancel after the 14th day prior notice you will forfeit 25% of your total reservation payment to meet our handling costs and 75% of your reservation payment will be credited back to your credit card.

Children:

Most bed & breakfasts do not allow children. However, Mushaindoro is a family friendly environment and we try to accommodate the needs of our parent guests. Children 5 years up to 12 years sharing with adults are allowed as guest at 50% rate of adult fees. No children younger or babies. Children 13 years or older are subject to the same terms and conditions as grown ups. In consideration of other guest who maybe child sensitive, we caution our parent guests to exercise control and close supervision of their children so as to maintain the peace and harmony of other guests who will be in residence. Children are to be with an adult at all times. Mushaindoro will facilitate with hourly childcare arrangements on a need by need basis with prior notice at the time of making your reservations.

Food:

Since only breakfast is offered, we understand that our guest will make arrangement to dine out or in. In the event that our guests choose to eat-in Mushaindoro has made adequate arrangements that our guest will be able to have their take out lunch or dinner meals in the appropriate designated eating areas. Food is not to be taken to the bedroom areas of our residential suites. Full housekeeping services are available most of the day to meet all the home away from home needs of our guests.

Smoking

Mushaindoro residential suite are a family friendly environment that offer refreshing luxurious comfort and safety to our guests, as such smoking is strictly not allowed in any of the suites or living areas or on premises. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an automatic $250 fee with immediate termination of this accommodation contract.

Alcohol:

Mushaindoro residential suites are a family friendly environment as such alcohol in the residential suites is not be allowed. However, adult guest can consume alcohol in the basement gym by special prior arrangement.

Damages:

Any damages to the residential suites property or furniture will be responsibility of our guests
